British & American Screen Prints from the 1970s

January 20-September 7, 2008

While the screen-print process has its origins in the Orient, and was used in ancient China, it is best-known in the West as a 20th century art form. The exhibition represents the broad range of artistic styles and schools active at the time, whether it was the photo-realism of Audrey Flack, the figurative abstraction of Larry Rivers, or the minimalism of Kenneth Martin.
