Wine Experience Highlights

• 1992 – Premiere Wine Experience featured 17 California vintners.  Kevin Garbin of the French Room at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas was guest chef.  The event netted $7,187

• 1994 – 24 West Coast wineries participated.  Kevin Garbin returned as guest chef, now representing the Woodstock Inn in Vermont.  The event netted over $85,000

• 1996 – 25 International wineries participated.  Dean Fearing of the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas was guest chef.  Baron Eric de Rothschild of Chateau lafite Rothschild was a special guest.  An auction was introduced and the event netted over $132,000

• 1998 – 30 American wineries participated.  John Ash of Fetzer Vineyards was guest chef and John Mariani was guest speaker.  The event netted over $241,000

• 2000 – 30 American wineries participated.  Stephen Durfee of the French Laundry in Napa was guest chef.  David Reynolds was the celebrity auctioneer and Otto Duecker was the featured artist.  A cheese tasting event was added.  The event netted $240,000

• 2002 – 41 International wineries participated.  Philippe Garmy, Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailliage de Tulsa was guest chef and David Reynolds was the Celebrity Auctioneer.  Michael Dwyer was the featured artist.  The event netted almost $695,000

• 2004 – 50 wineries participated.  Devin Levine of Southern Hills Country Club was Guest Chef.  Guest Auctioneer was David Reynolds.  The event netted $1 million

• 2006 – 43 wineries participated.  Devin Levine of Southern Hills Country Club was Guest Chef.  Guest Auctioneer was David Reynolds.  The event netted $1.2 million
