EOS Estate Winery will host a special event for the Wine Experience sponsors and top level patrons featuring the actual blending of your own wine under the guidance of EOS Senior Winemaker Leslie Melendez.
With fresh-from-the–barrel samples from the EOS vineyards, you’ll become your own winemaker as you conduct a hands-on blending exercise using the strengths and subtleties of each different varietal to produce a wine blended perfectly to your taste.
You will also gain an appreciation for why blending is the highest art form in winemaking, and be rewarded with a bottle of your own excellent blend, labeled to recognize you as the winemaker.
Seating for this event is limited to 40 people.
