Q: Can I purchase a Philbrook membership over the phone?
A: Absolutely! Call the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

Q: Is my membership good from the time of purchase or for a calendar year?
A: Your membership is valid for one year from date of purchase. It is active from the day you join and expires at the end of the month the following year.

Q: Can I buy a membership as a gift?
A: Any level of membership is available as a gift and may be purchased over the phone with major credit or debit card by contacting the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320, or at Philbrook’s Front Desk or Museum Shop. Each gift membership is mailed directly to the recipient with a message from you in a wonderful welcome package.

Q: Can I visit Philbrook if I lost my membership card?
A: The Front Desk has a membership roster that will allow you entrance into the museum. If you would like replacement cards, please notify the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320.

Q: Can I give my membership card to a friend or family member to use?
A: Memberships are non-transferable and are valid only for the person or persons named on the card(s). If you would like to help someone else visit the museum, consider buying them a gift membership.

Q: How can I upgrade my membership to a higher level of giving?
A: Philbrook offers a variety of memberships from a basic $50 Individual membership to various donor levels ranging from $200 to $2,000. You may choose to upgrade your membership at any time. At each level more enhanced benefits will be received, such as free guest passes, la Villa Restaurant and Museum Shop gift certificates, and free admission to other American museums. Q: How can I keep updated about current events?
A: As a member, you will receive Columns, Philbrook’s quarterly magazine. Also remember to sign up for the monthly e-newsletter by calling the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320. You will receive monthly reminders of what is happening and learn about upcoming special member events.

Q: Why am I not receiving mail from Philbrook?
A: If you have moved recently it is possible Philbrook does not have your new address. If it has been longer than four months since you have received any mail, please call the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320 to confirm your address. If you are still not receiving mail and have reported your address change, you need to talk with your postal carrier about possible solutions to receiving 3rd class mail.

Q: How do I submit a change of address or e-mail address?
A: Please contact the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320 or email membership@philbrook.org.

Q: If I pay for admission to the museum, can I apply those costs towards purchasing a membership?
A: Absolutely! However, you must bring the admission receipt to the Front Desk or the Museum Shop that same day.

Q: What if there is a mistake on my card?
A: If there is an error on your card(s), please call the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320 to correct the error and have new cards printed.

Q: Do senior citizens receive a discount on membership?
A: Seniors 62+ receive a 10% on any membership level up to $2,000 annually, excluding the Working Artist/Educator levels.

Q: I just renewed my membership and received another renewal notice. Did you receive my payment?
A: Sometimes during the renewal process, paid memberships and renewal notices cross in the mail. To verify that payment has been received, please call the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320.

Q: Are payment option plans offered?
A: Yes! Payment option plans are offered on memberships $200 and over. Please contact the Membership Department at (918) 748-5320 to set up a plan that best suits your needs.

Q: What are museum hours?
A: Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Thursday evenings until 8:00 p.m. Philbrook is closed on Mondays and major holidays.

Q: What is general museum admission?
A: Admission is always free to members and children 18 and under. General admission is $7.50 for adults, $5.50 for senior citizens 62+, $5.50 for groups of 10 or more, and $5.50 for college students with ID.
