The Philbrook Wine Experience Vintner Dinner and Auction is an extraordinary evening of fine dining, spectacular wines, and exciting auctions. Guests arrive early to sample hors d’oeuvres and while bidding on hard-to-find wines, wine related dinners and unique items at the silent auction. The main event takes place in the tent on the Philbrook lawn with a gourmet dinner created by guest chef, Chris Shepherd of Catalan Food and Wine in Houston. Owners or winemakers from invited wineries will be pouring their wines at the tables of the patrons and sponsors of the event. Professional auctioneers Karen Sorbo and Michael Davis will excite the crowd with their presentation of unique items ranging from fabulous wines to one-of-a kind vacation packages with lively bidding and celebrations throughout the evening.
