National Judge

Tiffanie Barriere is the bartender’s bartender, an influencer and educator who has been awarded with some of the beverage industry’s highest honors. The Bar Smart graduate is a Tastemakers of the South award-winner who spent seven years as the beverage director of One Flew South the “Best Airport Bar in the World.” As an independent bartender she is known for creative and innovative cocktail menus for pop-dinners and bar consultancy clients; hosting mixology classes around the nation and connecting culinary and farm culture with spirits. As a leader, she is a member of the Tales of the Cocktail Grants Committee, the James Beard Beverage Advisory Board, and a member of the Atlanta chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. The Louisiana-Texas native is the trustworthy mentor of some of the best bartenders and mixologists in the world and remains a goal of education, service and fun with every pour.

Local Judges

Tony Collins is currently a lecturer at Oklahoma State University who specializes in alcoholic beverage education. Prior to joining the ranks of academia, Tony spent his time hustling luxury wine and spirits for Republic National Distributing Company as well as overseeing beverage operations for the McNellie’s Group. When he’s not busy reading about, discussing, or sipping a glass of whatever happens to be in front of him at the moment, he’s probably thinking about what he’s going to cook next for his lovely wife, Lauren, and his world-beating daughter, Sylvie.

Andrew Saliga is not only a cocktail connoisseur and writer but also a food and beverage photographer. With an understanding of the artistry behind mixology, his engaging narratives and photos about cocktails have graced the pages of The Tulsa Voice and Liquor.com, as well as his personal creative outlet, The Humble Garnish. Andrew’s expertise goes beyond the written word—he has crafted bespoke cocktail recipes that have found their home in restaurant menus and proudly clinched him a spot as a competition finalist.

Emily Stewart has been in the wine and spirits industry for 17 years. Her vast knowledge comes from hands on experience and 3 generations of family selling fine wine and spirits. Fun fact: she walked for the first time in Ranch Acres Wine & Spirits.
