In this Family Friendly Meditation class, led by AT EASE MEDITATION, we will explore different types of meditation for all ages. We’ll move our bodies a little (to get the wiggles out), learn helpful meditation tools, and finish with a brief, sound-assisted meditation that’s accompanied by the soothing harmonies of crystal signing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a symphonic gong.
Ideal age range is 6-15 for this class; however, we will welcome all who are interested. Please note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
