Shakespeare in the Park returns to Philbrook for one night only!

Join us in the gardens for the 25th Anniversary of 10 Things I Hate About You, a modern twist on Shakespeare’s classic The Taming of the Shrew.

Pre-film entertainment includes performances from Tulsa Shakespeare Company, sonnet writing, face painting, and more.

Come hungry and enjoy fare from local food trucks or grab a drink at the bar(d)!

This film is rated PG-13 for profanity and innuendo.

Food:
Bring your own picnic or purchase dinner on-site from local Food Trucks. No outside alcohol permitted.

Seating:
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. The front half of the lawn is reserved for blanket seating only, while the back half is for guests with chairs. Blanket and chairs not provided.

Reserved Spots are located towards the middle of the film lawn for an enhanced viewing experience. Premium Spots surround the exterior of the lawn and provide the best viewing experience. A member of our team will be available on the Film Lawn to help you locate your spot.

Weather:
We can’t predict the weather, but we can be prepared! If you plan to bring a blanket to sit on, consider bringing a tarp or other water-resistant material along in case the ground is damp.
 

In case of rain or other inclement weather, the film may be cancelled. Ticket-holders will be notified via email and will have one week from the date of the event to contact Philbrook at 918-748-5300 to exchange film tickets for another film, upcoming event, or apply the funds toward a Membership. All sales are final.
