This Week’s Musician:
Johnny Murrell is a Tulsa-raised singer/songwriter and recording artist. Over the past few years, Johnny has built impressive momentum in the music industry, sharing the stage with notable acts like JD McPherson, John Moreland, Isaac Hanson, and John Fulbright. His band is made up of some of Tulsa’s most talented musicians, including Jake Lynn, Greg Fallis, Johnny Mullenax, Andrew Bair, Taylor Graham, and Austin Stunkard—each of whom has made a name for themselves, performing and touring with world-renowned artists such as Wyatt Flores, Paul Cauthen, Zach Bryan, and Jason Boland & The Stragglers.
Together, Johnny and his powerhouse band create a sound that’s original, soulful, and electrifying—a perfect blend of rock, soul, and theatrical flair that leaves audiences inspired and in awe.
