This seminar will journey into the strange, obscure, and unappreciated wines. Hosted by Tony Collins and featuring Annie Shull (Raptor Ridge Winery), Andrew Jones (Field Recordings, The Fableist, So Far Out, Barter & Trade), Seth Cripe (LOLA Wines) and Steve Matthiasson (Matthiasson Winery).

1:30-2:45pm: Chef + Winemaker Shootout
