Amber Marie Deen

Amber Marie Deen is an interdisciplinary artist, educator, folk herbalist, and facilitator, residing in Muscogee Creek territory of Oklahoma. Her creative work focuses on the interconnectedness of all life and our sacred responsibility to honor the earth and future generations. Her teaching practice is student-led, creating safe spaces for students to feel supported and inspired to follow their curiosity.

Amie Francis

Amie Francis has been a hobbyist in pottery since 2017. She loves to hand build with a focus on whimsy and nature. During down time, Amie can be found visiting friends in biological research labs or playing with cards.

Beth Henley

Elizabeth Henley is a painter and multimedia artist from Tulsa, Oklahoma. After several color theory and art classes, she realized her main passion was creating artwork through visual art. She began displaying her work in 2015 but shifted her focus toward creating space for Black artists in Tulsa’s local art scene. In 2018, she founded Black Moon, an all-Black artist collective dedicated to innovation and community, while continuing to grow her own work and promote diversity through exhibitions across Oklahoma.

Erica Zunigha

Erica Zunigha is a Certified Delaware Tribal Artisan specializing in Textiles. She began her journey of sewing and beading in high school and went on to make complicated projects such as prom dresses and her wedding gown. With her company, Crazy Turtle Designs, Erica currently makes Native Regalia and Native inspired contemporary clothes. She will be teaching a flat stitch beadwork class.

Gabriel Royal

Hello! My name is Gabriel Royal. I am a cellist, pianist, singer, visual artist, and educator! I have taught music and visual arts professionally since 2005. From OKC to NYC I have taught music, drawing, and voice lessons. This summer camp will be a great choice no matter your age!

Harper Kitchens

Harper Kitchens is a poet, florist, and educator living in Oklahoma. Her creative work is rooted in close observation of the natural world and a deep respect for what is fleeting, handmade, and alive. Through poetry, visual art, and hands-on making, Harper creates spaces where children are encouraged to explore materials, tell stories, and connect with nature and themselves.
